WORKOUTS


I used the following workout routine throughout my journey to become WORLD BODYBUILDING CHAMPION and continue to use it to build and maintain strength, lean muscle mass and overall health heading in my 50’s. If you want to create a lean, muscular, athletic physique or pack on serious muscle mass the PYRAMIDING SYSTEM featured in this workout will help you achieve results.

The PYRAMIDING BODYBUILDING SYSTEM dictates you increase the working weight with each set and reduce the repetitions. Also increase your intensity/effort with each set. The final set should be performed until complete muscular failure. Use forced reps or rest/pause to attain the goal number of reps on your final set at 100% INTENSITY.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD is the key principle, which guarantees muscle growth. You must increase the working weight progressively ie week after week and month after month (at least on your final set) in order to stimulate muscle growth.
