Product was good but replying to feedback has been atrocious.
I’ve mentioned in private messages a few times how dissatisfied I am with the fact o ordered medium in the previous order yet received xl.
Didn’t expect much but did expect a reply yet received none.
Really does leave a sour taste in my mouth when a simple acknowledgement that you guys stuffed the order up was all that was needed.
After this order I don’t think I’ll bother getting anything else from gentec nkt due to quality but due to total disregard for the product I ordered and then to not even acknowledge it.
